YARD has taken an old garage set back from the highroad and transformed it into a large semi-outdoor gym and training facility. Slide open the huge doors and workout safely on the rubber floor, book a PT 1-2-1 and build Strength using the power rack and cable machine OR keep fit with functional Group Fitness classes.
Starting with a brand new Circuit Training class schedule we are opening up a range of Weekday Workouts, many of which we will introduce via Weekend Workshops to help develop Fitness, Health and Wellbeing for the local community.

YARD offers the local fitness community a unique location and easy solutions to keeping fit, kickstarting with Circuit Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for all levels of fitness. Our newly converted, garage gym space offers you access to cleaner air and the benefits of outdoor training in an indoor setting.
Invigorate your body with a bootcamp style circuit and focus on functional training methods, to get the Core and Cardio going. From basic to more advanced routines, we provide Strength and Conditioning in a fun environment, designed to push you further every time!
